We honestly can’t thank Pia and Michele enough for the incredible job they did planning our destination wedding in Lucca, Tuscany. Living in Belfast, we knew it would be a challenge to organise a wedding abroad, but from the very beginning, they made everything feel effortless.
Pia introduced us to the stunning Villa Grabau, which became the perfect backdrop for our wedding, and guided us through every step of the planning process with care, creativity, and professionalism. They presented us with a wide range of trusted vendors, handled all communications, and took the stress out of coordinating everything from abroad.
Six months before the wedding, they organised a truly special food and wine tasting trip for us and our parents. We flew out to Tuscany and met Pia and Michele in person, which made us feel instantly reassured and even more excited. That trip remains one of our favourite memories leading up to the big day.
In the weeks before the wedding, Pia created a meticulous schedule and ensured everything ran smoothly – not just for the wedding day, but for our entire wedding weekend, including the welcome dinner and a relaxed pool party and BBQ on Day 2. Every detail was handled with such thoughtfulness and precision.
We genuinely would have been lost without Pia and Michele. Their passion for what they do, their calm and kind presence, and their flawless execution made our dream wedding a reality. We cannot recommend them highly enough to anyone planning a destination wedding in Tuscany – they are truly the best.
