…And Dolce!

The wedding cake is far from the last dish served in a classic Italian wedding. After the wedding cake, there is served ‘Open bar’, with coffee, digestives and desserts. Italian dessert table is a feast for they eye as well as the mouth. There is served a variety of gourmandise (petit four),  torte (cakes), pudini (puddings), panna cotta, tiramisù,  frutta fresca (fresh fruit), sometiems dipped in chocolate, chocolate fondue, crepes made in front of the guests a la flambè with grand marnier…Tuscan wedding is truly about the ‘La Dolce Vita!! ‘
